General: Call , Text or E-mail Us regarding any Longhorn you may have interest in.
We do get a high volume of scam calls. Please leave a message if no answer. Best response is through Our website email.
Payment Terms: A $200.00 advance deposit is required for any Longhorn purchase to hold your order for 14 days. (Only exception is that its not yet successfully weaned from its Dam.) Upon payment of the balance via cash , certified check, major credit card or PayPal and terms listed below; you may pick up your Longhorn ( or make arrangements for delivery ).
Personal or business checks are accepted for the $200.00 deposit. All payments made to Kim Parker ~ Owner/Operator of Bearley A Ranch.
If you chose to revoke the agreement, you forfeit the $200.00 deposit for time lost on advertising animal sale.
We can now accept major credit cards: Through Square using Visa , MasterCard , or American Express.
Registration Fees: BAR will promptly forward registration transfer papers to the appropriate registration association (TLBAA). At the time you take possession of your Longhorn, you will receive a photocopy of the Registration Certificate and/or Transfer papers and a BAR Bill of Sale, pending your official receipt of the transfer registration from the respective registry organization. ( Package deals and discount animals excluded, buyer will pay fees).
Vaccinations: Veterinarian vaccination papers are supplied with all calf purchases. Will be current on all their vaccinations for our area, including Brucellosis.
Buyer will be charged for required Out of State vaccinations.
Delivery: BAR "may" be able to deliver your Longhorn...please inquire about arrangements. Transport charges will be $2.00 per loaded mile ($100.00 minimum charge), one way (charge subject to change with fuel costs).
